  • $300.00 per month rent

  • Electricty billed directly to you from Deep East Texas Electric Coop.

  • Water and sewage connections all sites

  • All Long Term sites billed monthly

  • No lease

      Short term sites​

  • Short term sites include electricity, call or email for current rates)

  • Weekly and weekend rates available

  • 2 night minimum stay
